Looks like it's 6 of one, half a dozen of the other.

It appears that yes, he has been languishing in the sidelines a fair bit - but car crashes and flu cannot be predicted by either party.

Bottom line is, if a contract exists then, boxing aside, it becomes a legal issue.

Got to be said though, Hatton promotions seems the way forward for this kid and is right up his street with regards potential opponents, venue and regular fights.

Perhaps Wazza needs to let him go.

Gomez,
Come on, you know that won't happen !
What needs to happen is for Hatton Promotions to cut a deal and buy out his Promotion Contract with Wazza.

ok lets look atthis this way ,was his cotract with "sports network " or "allegedly" promotions?might seem daft but if it was the first one then it might not be the case that the cxontract is still in existence as th ecompany went into administration .

Twenty six,

If it is Mr Warren personally surely the promotional side can be disputed - due to one of the companies going into administration - I understand if its a management contract then thats different - thats when its to a person rather than a company. F*ck me law is complicated!!!

My understanding is that the contract currently in force, is a Promotional and Managerial Contract.

Just going back to the article, good work, I really enjoyed the allegation-response-allegation nature of the piece.

I feel for Foster, it was a good fight and didnt he knock arthur down in the eleventh... But if Foster can't get up for an English title fight, how will he motivate himself for a 20 yr old Georgian with a 13-9-1 record??
