There is less than a month to the February 13th show and Mitchell doesn't have an opponent named.

Does anyone know who he is likely to be fighting?

Not a particularly useful reply this one but as yet its not been announced. It has been said on here that it has been confirmed but then a name was never given out

I'm probably wrong but I'm thinking its not going to be a very good opponent, saying that, Warren announced the Prescott fight with a months notice.

Out of interest does anyon e know if Boxers have to sign confidentiality contracts so potentially Kev would have known 2 months ago but cant say anything?

it is a joke less then a month and it is still kev mitchell v tba.

my money is going to the friday night show at york hall.

would have gone to this one but to many of allegedly shows now fall apart at the last minute and the undercard fights are very poor, always know the winner

take it that Marquez-Katsidis won't be happening in May then? Seen an interview on Skytext with Katsidis and he was fairly positive he was going to be fighting Marquez in May and guys like Mitchell and Murray can wait till after.

Poor Kev will be fed a bum for pennies.

I know Willie Limond said it wouldn't be him, but AFTER he announced it was up on the schedules on here as Limond - so I thought he might have reconsidered.

That article didn't paint the picture of an ambitious fighter. Couldn't have time off work to fight Mitchell, but could for a clash for the vacant British title.
