Not heard anything since 2007!

Anyone know how he is getting on these days - I know he was scheduled to make a full recovery from the clot on the brain.

I think he went back/over to France but not heard anything since.

Be good to know, he is a nice lad.

I gues that's a no then!

Sadly Valery has been unable to return to his job as a truck driver

I belive he qualified for a payout from the BBBoC due to his head injury

Thanks for the update, sad news.

Such a nice lad - hope he is managing to have a good quality of life. Very sad.

Decent fighter, fought froch etc, good value always came to win.

Remember him, very nice man. Used to train at the Kronk (ST Pancras) in NW London when he first came here. Very hard trainer and had big hopes, wanted to be a success for his family back home. Was a fitness fanatic. Always smiling when he spoke. Really wish him well

I did ask the Board a year ago. He had moved back to France and was living with his parents. I believe he could do most things but had a problem with his short term memory.
