Should and will Frank focus more on Kell Brook and get him the reconition he deserves?

lets be honest hes the best prospect FW has and because of Khan Kells been well overlooked.

Being honest, i think Gavin is Warren's best prospect.

Brook will hopefully get a bit more recognition soon, beating someone of good stock will get him just that.

mitchell brook and cleverly are his main assets at the minute. they will all fight for world titles this year i think. he still has a great stable and alot of prospects

But none of them look like they will win genuine world titles at the minute.Brook looks very good,but against the names at the top of the welterweight divison...

Two reasons that Frankie may play a very important part in FW's future..

Brook could be massive and Warren should make him his main man.

Brook is injured again. Rib injury I think.

But they will all be protected and not equipped to deal with REAL tests.

Kell Brook has flaws in his style and will get exposed when he steps up. Frankie Gavin is Warren's best prospect IMO

with the amount of hand/rib/back/toenail injuries Kell has got, I am not surprised his promoter isn't setting out his stall by him.

Kell Brook may well end up fighting for a WBO title , but it's the quality of opponent that he faces that will be significant.

Hopefully he won't be taken a Hatton or Calzaghe route against "beatable" lower tier opponents.

Brook v Jennings would be a good match can't see this happening now.

Maybe Brook could win a vacant title against a gatekeeper type, but I cant see him doing well against a top10 WW

I'm sure a World Title attempt can be arranged- but will people "buy into it."

Alex Arthur and Nicky Cook didn't feel like proper world champions, of that makes sense?

I think frank should build around the scouse boxers in his stable, with the likes of the smith brothers, bellew and selkirk

That's a turn-up for the books - Kevin Mitchell, Wazza's flagship fighter.

The Olympians aren't going to be PPV material for at least a year or two, can't really see it ever happening for Brook, nevermind Cleverly.

Is Mitchell worthy of PPV? Is PPV that important? Always seemed to see threads about how badly Khan's had performed but the Wazza train kept on rolling.

I could maybe see double or triple-header title fights making it onto a single PPV, at a stretch, but really can't see Mitchell taking Khan's place, yet. Having said that though, I really didn't think Khan was big enough for PPV at the time he switched up.

It's a crying shame that all but a few of Hayemaker's stable of fighters seem to have departed, I think they could've really stolen a lot of Frank's thunder on Sky. That's the way it goes though, I guess. Wonder if Wazza's going to employ some aggressive matchmaking to push the olympians on a little faster now, or Mitchell, Brook and Cleverly for that matter, surely he won't be able to play it too safe with the absence of Khan.

Kell Brook's WBO world title eliminator against Poland's Krzysztof Bienias will now go ahead at the Liverpool Echo Arena on March 12.

Brook, the Boxing Writers Young Boxer of the Year and hot tip for 2010, is also chasing a world title this year.

So it looks like things are in place for Brook to get his chance. Cleverly is at a good level already, fighting for the European title in February. He'll probably spend the rest of the year defending the title. Kevin Mitchell is heading towards a WBO title shot.

I don't think anyone is Warren's stable is close to PPV level yet- some good fighters, but few (if any) household names.

Such is the way of things with boxing these days.

That said, a fight can always be sold to the general public- if the opponent is good enough.

warren have got no pay per view fighters left know !!!

i like kel brook and nathan clev but would you pay 15 quid to watch them ? i wont pay it to watch khan but i cant imagen people paying to watch kel and clevs
