Tom Dallas opinions

I've been impressed by his last 3 fights that I've seen him in and think he has got all the attributes to be a good heavyweight.

How far do people think he will get after his impressive win on Friday. He beat someone who has only been knocked out once before and looked good in doing it.

I think he may be the best british heavweight novice at the moment, what does everyone else think?

He looked good on Fri.

After watching the sparring video between him and Price, i'd still pick the big (big) lad.

i think pricey looks that bit more special. but dallas is improving leaps and bounds. his opponents are poor at the minute but i hear he is getting good sparring and is developing well. really annoyed carl baker pulled out. that would have been a great learning fight for dallas. good luck to him

im with you on this one, he will be the martin conception of the domestic heavyweights, all of a sudden will get sparked by a no-body im afraid.

and like you, i hope im wrong, as he seems like a decent fella

I was impressed with his performance on Friday, he kept abit of distance between him and his opponent throughout the fight, didn't allow him to spoil and let his heavy hands do the work. He looks very good offensively, time will tell how his defence holds up.

I'm loving the British HW scene at the mo, there's gonna be some cracking domestic matches over the next few years :D :D

I sent a text to a mate saying "watch this groves next he's class, the heavy dallas is a bit shit though" - ate my words, thought he put in a really good performance. Looked for the punches, and delivered them well. Did something the other guys havent done in stopping "wassas-his-name-ov" . A good addition.

I found it refreshing to have a heavy that isnt 5 stone over weight, and can pick punches and look for openings. Its all about levels isnt it, and we have a few decent contests at their respective levels. Warmachine V Dallas for example, good English / Area title level fight in 12 - 18 months.

With all due respect to Larry i think Dallas looks to be going further, so if it were to happen it'd be a cross roads fight within the next 12months. Who wouldve said 12 months ago that Belshaw would be fighting Larry?

I like him he seems to be getting more fluid he is still a bit robotic but that is bound to happen when he's as big as he is. He seems in good shape and definetly has power, I like it when he throws combo's thats when I feel he's at his best

Tom Dallas was winning in his fight against Derek Chisora till he ran out of gas in the last 30 secs in the ABA finals, so he def has the skills, just needs more experiance now!,

They've been sparring. Dallas said Larry's 'a big lump'. He said same against Dolan, who he's also sparred. Having watched his fights he's probably learnt more from his sparring.

I think he's got potential, but be interesting to see how he reacts when he's hit back. Good athlete too. Plays rugby for Gravesend also.

its been rumoured that chisora got dropped with a bodyshot from a cruiserweight in sparring last night, its on facebook page of a former pro who used to box for lynn abc and now a promoter...
I can see all you LT Columbo types finding the clues, one more question...........
