I've met Jamie Arthur a couple of time working down in Cwmbran, have to say he's a top bloke and makes a cracking cuppa

lol, ye jamie is a very nice bloke, (he ain`t made me tea yet though lol), both jamie and cookie are really nices guys and a pleasure to train.

I'm hearing good things about Jeff Evans the super middle what is he like in the gym and how far can he go?

being a Welshman it's nice to see a good gym down in Wales and two fighters with British title chances coming up.

Cookie is bang in with a chance against Daws in my opinion but lenny is a slick little fighter.

jeff is doing very good at the moment he is trained and managed by gary in my gym, but i help with jeff too, he always puts 100% into his training and as far as i think he`ll go: i think he`ll do well in the game, he still learning alot and is getting better week by week, he has a big heart and can take a good shot.
Thanks: cookie is training harder than ever and is very focused on bringing the title home, jason and i are conferdent in winning

I believe Arthur has qualification to go into fitness instructing - will he be doing it as a sideline in the gym??

not sure yet, he staying focused on the fight on 19th march for now, but ye it be good for the gym for him to pass his experence onto others - with one to one training classes etc
