It was a delayed reaction 'run' from a stricken Tate, who did the same against Teofilo Stevenson in the '76 Olympics before collapsing to the canvas. Unfortunately, Berbick clobbered him before Tate collapsed.

This is quite obscure, but one fighter is in serious trouble on the ropes and as the referee dives in to stop it the fighter pulls out a shot that flattens the winner.
