Below 12 round title level, these two are Britains best prospects right now, so it would be superb if they could meet in a British title eliminator. A almost perfect scenario and one which attract a good deal of attention. May the best man win

Apparently it is down to Hennessy now, funny really, I remember Chisora seemingly wanting no part of Fury, when interviewed after one of Tysons fights.
Now after Fury has been 'exposed' he and FW are very keen, but will Mick have the confidence to risk his investment

fury was a 8 fight novice when he took on mcdermott so I don't think he was exposed it was a good learning fight, how many of them has Chisora had

Excellent fight if it comes off. More appealing than Williams-Sexton or Williams-Chisora in my opinion. Two young prospects putting their unbeaten record on the line is always a good thing.

this fight wont happen, its high risk for both fighters and neither promoter will want there boy to lose.

Some days ago Derek Chisora was fighting burly Matt Skelton for the vacant Southern Area heavyweight title at Wembley on February 13. Then, on the same bill, it was upped to a surprise crack at British heavyweight champion Danny Williams, who subsequently pulled out with 'flu. In comes – not Skelton – but the incredibly confident, some would argue the incredibly overconfident, Tyson Fury over 10 fine-looking rounds. Nothing is ever straightforward in a sport like boxing. It should be added, nothing is yet confrmed.
Chisora, a former ABA champion from Finchley brings in a record of 11-0 (6) and an excellent six-round stoppage of Sam Sexton in 2008, later to wrest the Commonwealth heavyweight title. Fleshy but quick and smooth and sharp, Chisora, 26, is not a tall heavyweight, by today's standards, but weighs only a few pounds less than the gargantuan Fury (thanks to his loose appearance) and exudes a similar sort of confidence. Nicknamed "Del Boy", he crassly laughed off a chew he took on Paul Butlin's ear in a winning eight-rounder last May. Referee Dave Parris missed it (surprise, surprise), but Chisora was later banned for four months, not that it really affected him. He comes off a routine three-round stoppage of Georgia’s Zurab Noniashvili in October.
Fury is still only 21 but dwarfs most of his opponents at 6ft 7ins and 260 pounds and has scared off even potential sparring partners, which probably explains this rare clash of unbeaten prospects. At 9-0 (7), Fury makes even Chisora look 'cut' and almost mute, having called out everyone from David Haye to Giant Haystacks in his short pro tenure (and having predictably labelled Chisora "a plonker"), but he can definitely back up his chat, his sheer size and bulk. He went to the wire against John McDermott in a thrilling 10-rounder last autumn which saw him dig deep and put in a good finish to sneak the verdict. It was one of those contests to really bring on the Manchester youngster, particularly after a rapid series of pushover wins, whereas Chisora has yet to be really tested, really pushed back to the wall. Both men are obviously inexperienced, in terms of the big picture, but in terms of this fight, Fury's show of character against the inspired McDermott may prove vital and certainly separates them. You wonder about Chisora's own character after the Butlin nibble.
While Fury likes to be busy and has not fought since outpointing Czech Tomas Mrazek in a six-rounder in Dublin in September, one leans towards the younger man in what amounts to a brilliant match.

Can't see it happening, but would be nice if it did. Should be for the southern area title if this does go ahead.

I would want Fury to win, but can see it being a good fight, bit of back and forth taking command and think it could end with a standing stoppage.
