Heres a short film thats been made in the midlands with a prominent ex world champ in the leading role theres a few other current pros in there a well take a look and hopefully enjoy.

not bad that pal.

Did anyone ever see the Gomez Film?
Understand it was only shown in a few cinemas locally a year or so back.

It looked a bit like "shamless" to be honest in the advert
was it the same Guy ( Paul Abbott i think ) that was involved in making that cause i noticed a few of the shamless actors appeared in it.

Lastly was it any good?

Did it get finished?I know they produced a trailer but dont think they completed the film.It was Barney off Channel M and Andy Sugden off Emmerdale who were behind it.

Theres a few amatuer fighters as well and also the sister of current euro champion Matty Macklin who was kind enough to come along and give her Make Up skills for free.

Just wandering how it all came about and how you got your lads involved?

Iv done a few acting classes been in a few things ,Ritchy has always been interested in acting and to be fair most boxers love the limelight acting is just another way of that.
Im hoping to get thi in a few short film festivals see how it does

I was told they only filmed the trailer to try and get finance

A lot of guys do the trailer or a short to try to raise the finances for a bigger film

Richie is in my film Risen too, and he gave me a copy of this film when he was down filming. Thought it was a really cool film.
