Whats wrong with this comment??
This can be used by Joe C in court. SN owe Joe £1.8m. Joe is basically arguing that Warren allowed SN to go bust and start up as FWP to avoid paying this and other debts.
Article extracts like this were used in the first case Joe v SN which Joe won.

I think he makes a good point. Who have they brought through that shows they can handle such a prospect? Warren is proven in this area.... I think Gavin's best off where he is at this stage of career.
