for the vacant oz LMW title,

this should be a cracker. should be a good clash of styles. gosdens got a great come forward attitude. wouldnt be surprised if he wins it to be honest

Waiting to see who Smith and Mc Connell are fighting first, I'm more interested in Maley vs Flanagan at this point.

I fought Gosden in the singlets. If he has done the work and comes in to this fight prepared, he is a real chance. Maley v Flannagan is a cracker as well. Good card.

I'll be there. Have trained and sparred with Tyrone in the past and will be barracking for him.

Haven't seen much of Gosden. Can he take a punch?

I rang about the Valley PCYC card last week was $100 bucks for all you could drink :OhYes: Something similar would be nice :DDD

the Mansfield tavern card in two weeks I think is $85 for decent seats but check www.aceboxingpromotions.com
but that one you are talking about was the Fred mundraby card a couple weeks ago? that wasn't at the pcyc. it was at the valley gym on kyabra st and I was there. it was a good card, really good atmosphere, and quite a lot of piss was consumed from what I could see.
it was a shame Fletcher was injured, at least he still showed up to give support

gosdens beard is legit.

the main thing tongia has going for him is his slickness, gosdens more of a come forward fighter and can bang but with tongias slickness it makes it really interesting

Gosden beat me by split decision and not much in it. He probably finished a bit better. He is a pretty handy fighter when he is prepared properly. Goso has a pretty good left hook and i think he has a good beard but will need it against Tongia. Flannagan can fight a bit as well.

Just got home - Tyrone won by majority decision. One judge had a draw, one judge by one round 96-95, and one judge 98-93, I think. Very, very tough fight. Crowd were on their feet in between rounds. Gosden very busy and coming forward, but clearly rocked on several occasions by Tongia's power. Absolutely massive effort by both men. Non stop acton for 10 rounds. Possible rematch July 10.

Hartmann lost by KO in the third round. Was looking good, building pressure with some good body shots, and scored a KD in the 2nd. He was occassionly wearing a few clean shots though and one right hand rocked him in the 3rd and he was knocked down. Got up but wobbly and Johannes just bashed him with right hands.

yeah I just got back too.

shocked about the hartman fight... but fcuk me gosden v tongia was outstanding. Phenomenal fight. I knew it would be a cracker (as I said in the original post) but it exceeded all expectations, hence Angelo getting in the ring after and giving them both $500 cash bonus, Dana white style!

According to fight supervisor John Hogg, it's one of the best fights he'd seen for a while.
Promoter Di Carlo is known to throw in a bonus for a good fight.
