Is it? Oh, I thought I'd been given a nugget there. Regardless, that will go down in history.
Another favourite of mine is the headline when Michael Foot was put in charge of an organisation looking into getting rid of weapons:
'Foot Heads Arms Body'.
But I think this poor chap beats that, to be honest.
