if Froch beats kessler (which he may not) then fights AA and AA wins by ko does this mean that its still possible for him (Abraham) to win the contest?
its just i could invisage this happening :bag:
Not that i want froch to loose but i can see him having problems

I believe only 2 get eliminated in the group stages. So Abraham is still very much in the hunt. Even if Abraham loses to Froch that KO win against Taylor should be good enough keep him in the last 4. With Green and Kessler on 0.

Depending on how Ward gets on, but with 2 KO wins from his 3 fights it is still very possible for him to top the group stages.

Have always said that this format is too drawn out - should have been straight knock-outs like the FA CUP / Prizefighter. :box:

No, because then it's more about favourable match up's. The current format is an excellent one, people just have to be patient and let it play out.

No, if you are the best you'll beat everyone no matter when you fight them.
