i believe Kess will prevail on points. Don't see him taking Froch out.

He could even be extra dangerous now he's been beaten...who knows??

what I do know is Froch can't start slow and stand there staring at him with that left hand hung low cos I don't think Kessler will respect him enough to let him get away with that bollox.

Kesslers well pissed at loosing and has probably left nothing to chance.
As you say Froch needs to be busier than usual.
I guess im leaning to Froch on points as he always seems to fiddle his way through somehow.
Theres nothing wrong with Kesslers chin so hes not getting stopped.
Arguably the best opponent Froch has fought it will be interesting.

Froch on points for me in a real tough one. A key question for me is how well Froch takes Kessler's straight right. He may have to take a lot if them and how well he does so could be a significant factor in him winning the fight.

Kessler seems to me to be a bit soft. Hurt by a body shot form Calzaghe and he pretty much accepted defeat when the going got tough. Got beaten up by Ward and then complained after the fight to no end. Froch seems to me to be the harder man and the more determined customer. In a pretty even match up, I side towards that guy.

Tough fight for Froch. Kessler is very left-sided though i've noticed. He throws about 40 lefts to every right hand. Could their still be lingering damage to the right hand or a mental block over using it ?

Froch uses his range and looping shots over the top, underneath and round the sides - he will slowly wear Kessler down.

If Kessler comes at Carl, then he will lose, but if he uses his footwork which he's neglected for a few fights now, then it's a really close fight.

10,000 Danes will shade any close rounds so Carl needs to not only win the rounds, but emphatically.

It's a big ask, but i think he's got the amour and will to pull it off.

froch looked bad in his last 2 fights. he doesnt move much and he always looks for the countershots. i can see a clean, class operator like kessler getting to him and forcing him to come forward where i think kessler will test frochs chin on numerous occasions.

i picked kessler by KO but in reality, its a fight where anything can happen.

Kessler via a close points victory.

Froch easy

Dont be shocked if its a KO1-3

And thats from someone who cant him or some his fans

He has too much strength, too much will and probably a little too much pwer for the Dane

I'd love nothing better tnan to read in the next days papers that Kessler laid him out but its just not going to happen

Kessler easily, Froch's wirey style with no defence will be an easy night for Kessler.

I think Kessler on points but Froch has shown a lot of heart and desire to win in the past, so I wouldn't put it past him. I actually think if Froch wins it's a more impressive performance than Ward's purely because this is (theoretically) a much better fight for Kessler style-wise.

If Froch wins this one, he will have the greater resume than Calzaghe no doubt.
