Mouthguards

Lost my Shock Doctor. Was gonna get another but if you use one and swear by it, let me know.

I usually found the cheapest ones work best, cause they tended to be bulky so that they absorbed stuff more.
The expensive dentist fitting thin ones weren't great for holding a shot

how did you get on with the shock doctor , any of my fighters that have used them say they make them feel the urge to be sick so end up reverting back to the really cheaper ones for like £3 .

get the opro custom made ones. They are exactly the same that the dentists make but a bit cheaper

OPRO are the best I've ever used. Got two last time around - a lighter one for sparring etc and a thicker one for bouts.
Well worth the extra money.

I had a plate brace when I was a kid, so don't have the gag relfex issue (insert cock joke here). I preferred it to the cheaper brands.
