Brian is one of the tidiest boxers youll see, agreed his power might not be as good as webbs, his speed and movement definelty are. It will be a good fight never the less. I can see Webb eating lots of stiff jabs.

Hope the fight gets made soon. As soon as Rose beats Prince Arron in an Eliminator. ;)

Rose v Arron is a good one as well, Arron looked good in prizefighter, but would he be able to keep Rose on the end of his punches for 10 rounds?

I dont think he would, I know has sparred with Arron a lot in his training for Prizefighter and he feels confident he could beat him over 10 rounds.

When this going to happen I know maloney has requested date us to be finalised!

Yeah i think the lack of power by Arron would be the decider there. Rose would need to keep controlled aggression going for the 10 rounds.

Ive just heard on the grapevine that there wont be an eliminator and the fight will probably take place in September.

Yeah there is no eliminator its been confirmed by BBBoC, Bri has a fight end of may then Webb, should be an exciting fight!

I'd fancy Webb. Don't think Rose has much power and have seen him look vulnerable.

Also, think Steve Wood should be pushing Matvienko for fights at this level now!

Thats what I heard. Brians name was thrown into the mix and they made the match for SEPTEMBER!!! However Webb has since decided that he would prefer someone less challenging for a voluntary first defence and has opted for Hammond or Concepcion... Prince Arrons name is also being mentioned. Could be wrong, as is always the case when dealing with rumours but thats what seems to be occuring.

Webb was one of the first people to try and get hold of Brian following the Rushton bout, having being through similar after his bout with Gilbert Eastman. Thats real class.
