Leonard would win this prolly on points.
I feel he would outbox Emile. His jab and speed and skills would be to much for him. Although Emile is very good in all those areas and will sure give Leonard alot of trouble. Also I don't think Leonard would fear his power, unlike the 1st Hearns fight.
