Just seen a few clips and carl looks a bit nervous tbh.
Also kessler is saying hes knocking him out in 2 rounds.
i'm hoping the occasion isnt going to get to Froch he didnt seem as confident as normal to me.
Kessler griinning like a cheshire cat.

Carl is always techy and highly strung.

It's when he's not you see a lax effort. So on that score i'm not worried.

I have to say that Carl is tough as old boots, so even if he is nervous now, he will still be ready to go on fight night itself.I can't wait for this night.I hope Kessler is on form and we can see who is the best.I can't see this fight being anything other than exciting.

Here is the press conference, or at least a minute of it. He looks fine to me, and is calm.

Just read an article on Fightnews on Froch's arrival. To the Dane's,this fight is a National event. Its been front page news for 3 weeks now!I wouldnt blame Carl for getting nervous,he's never been in this situation before, the Taylor bout does not compare. The Dane's are treating it like we did a Frank Bruno Title shot. After the fornicate about with the travel, etc,i really hope Carl isnt affected.Kessler looks cool as a cucumber,a sort of "welcome to my place" look that he certainly didnt have in America. If Carl pulls this off, under these circumstances,he will go up ten-fold in my estimation

I still think Froch will beat Kessler, Kessler needs to be the one looking confident after his big loss and his pathetic warm up fight that he had to go through.

Froch should have a good sleep tonight and tomorrow and then by fight day he will be fresh to beat the mighty Dane. I think Kessler is pinning his hopes on a nervous start from Froch like we've seen before and hope that he hits him hard enough to knock Froch down in the early rounds. The problem is that Froch can take more than any other fighter at that weight so don't think he will be too troubled. I'm thinking another late stoppage by the cobra.

No matter what happens I will still have full respect for Froch and know it will be a cracker, can't wait for Saturday.

My main complaint is the undercard is ropey to say the least, just wondering whether we will get to see any other action from anywhere else like Germany.

Yes, exactly--the undercard isn't exactly enticing for Brits, is it? I know it's a rival promotion, but it would have been nice if they could have included one or two UK fighters...

either way froch is gonna whoop kessler, well not whoop him! i see kessler winning 4 of the first 6 rounds then froch dominating from there and stopping him late

Didn't Froch seem nervous and tetchy in the build up to the Pascal fight?

Being nervous is not always a negative thing.

Froch by stoppage is 5/2 with William Hill & Paddy Power. Chances of it happening people?

A controversial view here, but I can see kessler taking Froch out.I was watching his fight with taylor last night and he was badly hurt in the third round, with the ropes keeping him up a couple of times outside of the third round.I just don't think froch is nearly as good as he thinks he is.He should thank his lucky stars that he did'nt box Calzaghe who would have thrown a 1000 puncheds and hit him with a 1000 punches.

Kessler by KO.

In respect of Calzaghe, do you mean 1000 slaps?

I can see Froch steaming into Kessler looking to smoke his boots. Kessler is the one who is coming of a bad loss. He was outclassed by Ward and had no answer.

Who has Kessler beaten that is anywhere near as tough as Froch?? I am not impressed by kessler`s record at all. He stepped up twice and got done both times, clearly done as well.

Froch has found a way to win in all his fights. I reckon Frochy will stop him mid rounds via epic smockage.

i don't think he was badly hurt. i think he was confused by the quck middleweight shots.

calzaghe threw 1000 shots vs lacy but how many did he land - 200? 300?

if froch remembers to DEFEND himself, he won't get taken out.

this fight will be rough, and the best of the super 6 fights yet.

Decent chance, imo. If Kessler hasn't got his confidence and hunger back then Froch will probably make him retire on his stool.

Froch looked hurt by Dirrell in one of the later rounds (11?) as well.

Kessler got caught with a big shot from Sartison in his first fight after losing to Calzaghe, and looked like he lacked confidence. I think the best thing for Kessler's confidence would be some build up fights, so this is a very tough ask for him.

As far as I'm concerned it's a very even fight. I can see any method of victory in my mind. Froch looked a bit shocked in the first rounds against Taylor, so maybe he'll be the same against Kessler in Denmark. If he is, then Kessler will get bags of confidence from that. But Froch is a determined warrior, and will make life very hard for Kessler down the stretch.

Close decision win for Kessler or TKO win for Froch, imo.

People are forgetting that Froch was badly outclassed by Dirrel and Taylor (for nearly 12 rounds), and this was a Taylor that had two hard fights with Pavlik and two hard fights with Hopkins.

I just feel that Kessler will be too clinical for him.I have to say though that being a dane, m,y opinion is not entirely unbiased.
