can anyone tell me did joel casey win the world wbf title last night or asia -pac....and who did he fight
8th round I thought.Monty wrote:He beat Yoshinora Nishizawa by 6th rd TKO. Ref Brad Griffiths stopped it after two knockdowns. He won the WBO Asia Pacific and WBF (Foundation) "World" title. It's not even the equivelent of a commonwealth title, wait a minute it's not even a WBO Asia Pacific belt.
The WBF will never be a world title
And i'm sure Joel Casey would tell you he isn't a world champ, good on him for winning a title but world it is not.

That would be good to see, you also mentioned the Commonwealth title earlier, would be good to see a Commonwealth title fight.Hounddawg wrote: His tough as nails, no question about it.
I hope they give him a couple of quick fights maybe 3 in 2 months to pretty up the record, and maybe revisit a couple of the opponents that served him up the first time.
