Froch definitely needs to watch that fight back because I can't see any case for him winning that fight. McCracken was right in saying he could've stopped MK, but Froch just stood back and admired his own power punches after he landed them as if he was just waiting for Kessler to lay down.

If he can honestly watch that back and think he won more than 5 rounds he's more deluded than some already state, sore loser IMO, especially when you factor in how lucky he was to get the W against Dirrel.

He was his usual frustrating self standing there doing nothing.
Froch took a beating he is going to need to change quite a lot to get anywhere past Abraham.
Andre Ward would have put him away last night.
Maybe now he will fight for more than 2 mins a round

I think McCracken and Froch were fair with ther analysis of the fight, i did not detect any bullsh*t being spouted. Froch thought he did enough to win, i also thought he did just enough to win, but anyone who thinks either fighter won convincingly on the cards needs their head read. That fight was as close as it gets without being called a draw, it really could have gone either way.

Froch is guilty at times of loading up to much with power punches when he should be concentrating more on winning the round. That was his biggest problem last night IMO!

I gave it to Kessler by 1 point, although there were a lot of close rounds so it could have gone either way and it wouldn't have been controversial. Froch frustrates me, Kessler was there for the taking and looked petrified whenever Froch attacked him. Unfortunately for Froch he chose to do that too infrequently. Kessler looked like he wanted it more in my opinion.

Ok me saying taking a beating is a bit harsh.
but he was hit a lot because of standing there doing nothing.
Question is can he do any better. im not sure he can

Froch only lost by a couple of rounds at most,
most boxers would say the same in his position, very close fight and thought they had done enough ect

I think Froch was pretty good in defeat, he knew either way that he hadnt embarrased himself or not lived up to what he promised. ............Does anyone know which olympians he refers to in his camp?

I think it was a reciprocal beating. Both men really took alot of hard punches and soaked up a substantial amount of punishment.

I agree with what you have posted ALI. Froch never seems to have consistent offensive outbursts, it's usually looking for a few big shots. In the first round he was jabbing through out while mixing it with some quick (for his standards) right hands and left hooks. He won this round clearly and needed to be fighting like this through out the fight. Instead he got into a habit of looking for big shots and the opportunity to exchange power punches. He abandoned his jab and any sort of fundamental boxing that when combined with his awkwardness and power would pave the way to victory.

We saw how he dominated Pascal when he decided to mix the jab in, instead of just looking for huge punches. Off course Kessler and Pascal are different opponents, but I think Froch would have had more success if he fought in a similar way.
