Sounds look a good show- gotta feel a bit for Dean Hickman- looking at his record, he was somewhat of a prospect at first, now he has five ko defeats in a row. :!:

I remember him hurting Dean Pithie to the body briefly in their fight, but then Dean always was weak in that area.

id possibly come and see that , not far from me in worksop ( although im moving back to nottingham in a few weeks , still not far though , would have been more interesting to have seen Curtis fighting Karl Chiverton , but that looks safe to say as being a good fight that will never happen now , Karls inactive and Curtis is fighting at a lower weight nowdays . Curtis get it on with stefy , see if you can convince me youd have beaten Karl . No digging or winding you up , just annoyed my that it would have been a big fight locally , mansfield was well up for it , shame it didnt happen.

im not direspeting steffy bulls power his record over the last 5 years shows hes not a puncher in his interviews he admits hes not a puncher steffys got a lot of skills but knocking people over is not one of them thats just a fact and whats with all the insults steelcity 65? steffy said he wants to fight me id like to fight steffy thats all it is i met steffy about 6 mounths ago in leeds and had a couple of beers with him got on well this is just buisness two local fighters looking to progress the winner might get a decent opportunity from the victory thats how this game works and between me and steffy we would sell a lot of tickets and earn a few quid thats what pro boxing is all about my friend

I would say "he couldnt knock skin off a rice pudding" was dissrespecting or even a little arrogante.

Stefy is noted to have hand trouble over the years and says in interviews that hes more than happy to go the distance.

Tho he has had 2 kos(title fights) in his last 3 ,1 in a second round ko over dean hickman were it took you 6 rounds for a stoppage
stefy dropped him twice including the ko.
Ali wyatt allthough just a journey man... he was also dropped twice and doesnt seem to get stopped.
I was there when stefy dropped baz carey man with a granite chin who only ever got dropped a couple of times throughout his career. So evidence is there that he must be able to dig a little.
Looks like stefy is back at his naturel weight division lightweight but a fight with you would be very appealing, i know his manager
has been asking for the fight and thought it would have gone down well on the next dome show on the under card to Jamie Mcdonnells European defence, this would have made good tv as Stefy trains jamie and that fight would have made a cracking chief support and as the world cup would have started it could have sold well to the football fans :TU:

Any how like you say boxing is a buisness aswell as a sport and you are now carving out your own career and its nice that you can talk about and be in these kind of fights....... all the best in your boxing carrer

Baz has got a rock solid chin but hes been dropped (including the one against Steffy which i didnt know about) at least 11 times during his career.

Well curtis u never replied to our commemts regarding a fight with nicki ,I put it to him yesterday about him being a light heavy and just to note 10st 11 on the day after 2 years out aint light heavy but he said woodhouse won't fight me he's scared of getting kod his little trainer knows that wil happen too , no am experience and a loss to a journey man means limited ability and more hand picked opponents . Did u forget u said that to dennis hobson at sheffield fc ground that u wanna fight him ?????????? So tell ur little manager he's available oh and saying someone can't knock skin off a rice pudding is dissin there r other ways to put things nice to know u like a beer or 2 ,

listen steel city 65 im sure nicky does not need his daddy to fight his battles hes a big boy now and the reason i want to fight steffy is to progress my career plain and simple your sons a good fighter but after 40 amateur fights and 10 pro fights hes still boxing 6 x 2 min rounds i dont care if hes had a break thats a joke. if nicky gets in a posistion to move my career on ill fight him no problems to say im scared of him is a little bit far fetched!!

To be fair all this little manager and little trainer comments make it sound like total playground stuff.Dave Coldwell is a big man in the boxing scene and im sure thats all hes interested in trying to drag people into arguments on the net with personal attacks like that realy do the person no favours and make them look like a clown
