i cant see what all the hype is tbh......he is poorly conditioned and has no power for a man his size.....altough he is still very young so i wont pass judgement yet. i reckon euro champ at best.

I dont see him getting past British, he's overhyped and I think Chisora and Price would beat him.

British for me too BUT it depends how the European scene looks in a few years. It might favour him in some way. World Level? No.

He's young, so it's conceivable that he could win a European title in the future. However, I'll vote British. I don't think he has the brains or the athleticism to be a World titlist, despite having a massive size advantage over most boxers.

He will have his work cut out winning any titles. On the form he has shown so far, both Chisora and Sexton would have to start favourite against him.I will reserve judgement until after his next fight, but he needs to show a massive improvement.McDermott isnt that great himself, remember.I also think David Price would have too much for him even now.To beat Price, you will need great power, and Fury doesnt seem to have it

Well all the physical attributes are there. He has got the height, reach, and the handspeed to do it. I am still yet to see if he has the power to take the likes of McDermott, Sexton et al at British level at least but the chin seems to be okay. I reckon he can go all the way if he is more focussed with his physical conditioning because his weight has been all over the shop. He has been as low 17 stone 9lb and high as 18 stone 9 lbs. If he can get down to between 17 stone 8 and 17 stone 12 and stay there he will be one hell of a heavyweight as he will have both speed and power on his side.

i believe tyson fury dose have alot of talent, he is very young for heavyweight.

so his punching power will get better. he has good skill already and that will improve with experience.

he will win the european title.

I don't expect him to get past British level. To be honest unless that division thins out a bit I don't see him getting the British title either.

Euro Champ in a few years while clocking up a couple of losses.

He's a novice with too much hype, thrown in at the deep end with mcdermott but still held his own to a gifted decision.

Needs the regular fights like he was having before Mcdermott.

tottaly agree.

I think he will win a British title, anything more I can't really see it. Chisora and price will have too much for him.

At times he looks good but at other time he looks slow and looks like a novice.

How funny was it when he uppercutted him self, haha brilliant

Dude... Audley = Olympic Gold Medallist.

Fury = bloke who, when he tries to throw a right uppercut, hits himself in the face.

I don't particularly like Big Aud, but FFS the interstellar gulf in raw talent is... is... almost incomprehensible.

Also, Fury cannot punch for shite. Audley, for all his faults, has always been able to crack with the left hand (if you give him the time & space to set it up properly, natch).

In all honesty, if the kid's name had been Jeremy, instead of Tyson, hardly anything would have been said about him........

He hasn't fought anyone who has real quality and right now someone like Derek Chisore would make mince meat of him. I thought it was an absolute disgrace that he got the verdict against McDermott in their first fight and he was quite fortuniate not to be stopped that night. In my opinion he is more hype than anything else and his performance against McDermott proved that. He has loads to learn and i don't think he has a natural fighting style. He doesn't throw properly, seems lacking in his punch repatoire and has no defence at all.

I think he could claim the British title once Chisora is out of the way, but domestic standard is about his level. I personally hope that McDermott hammers Fury and knocks him out, just so justice was done from the last fight. I wasn't happy with the way that Fury was claiming that he had won the fight, when his face clearly said "How the fornicate did i get out of the one........" Credit to him for giving McDermott a re-match, but that in itself gives a good idea that Fury knows in his own mind that the first fight was either very close or that he really lost.

Ps Who will be the referee for this fight ?

Well seeing as he needed a gift to win the English title and hasnt fought anyone notable since... I've actually gone for Euro; not to win it but certainly to challenge for it... the current crop of British Heavies is not THAT far ahead of him skillwise IMO

Either way, we have a decent crop of domestic HW's coming though all at the same time.

Audley harrison is european champ ... so there is no reason why a guy like Fury can`t pick that title up at some stage also.

I don`t see him ever being a good enough player to warrant a world title chance .. especially if he stays with hennessy..

Depends if Fury would have to fight the existing champion......

Audley didn't, he was fighting for a vacant title and i think that makes a difference.

Lets not forget Harrison is not a genuine Euro champ. If i remember rightly he never beat the European champion did he? As was just said above as well.
