I got this one: Orlando Zulueta. Excellent lightweight contender of the 1950s. He has a record of only 7 KOs in 124 fights.

Can there be someone else with a KO pct to be more odd than that?

Gianfranco Rosi comes to mind.

Not quite as bad, but the defensive master, Nicolino Locche, had only 14 kos in 136 fights
More recently, ranked Argentine light welterweight, Cesar Rene Cuenca, is 37-0 with one KO

It probably had a lot to do with his skills. Apparently he lack skills too. He has like 45 loses and 14 draws in 124 fights. Not the sign of good fighter. 7 KO’s out 67 wins.

Nicolino Locche as giancomino pointed out is another one.

Not that bad but Billy Graham had 27 KO’s in 102 wins. 27 KO’s out 126 fights.

Both of them faced better competition than Zulueata and had better records.

..haven't checked the percentage, but paddy demarco was an aggressive billy goat, but very low in the number of kayos.

Interesting topic, but I'd prefer to use the terms fighters with low ko pct's, rather than light hitters. Any guy who makes it through a large number of fights with a winning pct, probably hits harder than you think. A good example, look at Hall of Famer Midget Wolgast. Just 17 stoppages in 215 fights. He won the vast majority of his fights by decision, but in doing so, he beat some of those guys to a pulp. Then there was Brazilian Juarez De Lima. 4 stoppages in 77 fights. Some guys might call that feather fisted or they might conclude by those numbers that he couldn't crack an egg. In reality though, guys who are feather fisted don't beat Vicente Rondon, Nessim Cohen, Bennie Briscoe, Jean Claude Bouttier twice, George Benton, Juan Carlo Duran, Tom Bogs and Miguel De Oliveira.
