I was never really convinced the O'Donnell fight would happen. A lot of people on here pointed out that he wants to fight at 10st. Then there was a lot of hoo ha about his Commonwealth belt which he eventually gave up.

I actually don't think any of FW's recent bills have gone ahead looking like anything that has been originally advertised.

Mitchell bill was not to bad. Why O'Donell pulled out? Who are the alternatives?

Oh yeah I'm not saying he's put on bad bills they've just had a lot of pull outs etc, must be a right headache for Dean Powell and such, could be that they advertise their bills earlier than other promoters, i'm not sure.

Craig Watson would be my choice. Adnan Amar is still English champion but he seems inactive.

Just wondering if perhaps he may be in line for a shot at the light-welterweight crown on July 9th against Lenny Daws.

Apparently Hatton/Nuzhnenko now July 16th - Daws/TBA July 9th

Easy fight to make you would think.

Cant see any other reason other than the obvious I am injured.

Not sure who they will get for Jennings, Watson would be good but have a feeling it might be McIntyre, still another good fight bites the dust but perhaps we might get two decent fights out of it, if people can finally work together.

Ash Theophane has a fight for an IBO bauble in three weeks.

Jennings v Theophane would be an interesting fight.

Mutley's staying down at Light Welter at the minute, but I reckon he'd definitely come up (again) for a shot at the British against Michael Jennings (again). Would make it interesting the re-match angle, especially as the result in the first one was disputed by some people.

Mutt shldn't be below 147, IMO

any lower, he's blowing out of his arese even more than usual and even earlier, like, say, after 2 rounds...

I like the Theophane option, considering he never got his mandated British Light Welter shot.

Agreed. Theophane has been overlooked domestically, by the fans too, but is a good fighter.

i think hes got alot of potential seen him a few times live, hes excitindg to watch needs to work on his defence, think his poor performance last time out were a mix of out of the ring problems and a lack of motivation
