really are fairly identical situations though, right down to blaming the coach and team selections.

NSW. The most pathetic display I have ever seen.

I've gone with the soccer players. The nation, after being built up for months, was let down en masse.

With regards to the SOO, I think league has become a quaint little sport, but not worth getting upset about. :P

I wish you were right toppo, but it still hurts. It's not even just getting beaten, its the way we were beaten and have been for five long painfull years.

Other than Gay Mardi, NSW ain't much good at anything. :P

It was a fair thumping last night. One AFL player outscored the whole of NSW

The Blues was more embarrassing.

the blues for sure, it was one of the most pitiful displays on record by an origin team, they were just awful all round, except for the fight maybe, but it looked like they still lost that anyways, they had all the guys getting patched up afterward. where as at least with the soccer it sounds like there was one point in the game we were at least giving them a challenge. plus i really couldnt give 2 sh!ts about a game that most of the time can go an entire game with sweet FA to cheer about, e.g. A GOAL! 4-0 is at least giving SOME entertainment, for a change.

Big Mal to coach the socceroos and Leigh Mathews to coach the Blues. dont laugh they couldnt do any worse.

We should organise a fight to the finish between the dreadful Blues and the unmighty Socceroos with handbags at 20 paces!

NSW were an embarrassment last night. I am not complaining though....
