Watched this last night on TV, and coincidently when I went to google it I see James Cook has recently been awarded an MBE for his charitable work.

Don't really remember him, but being a bit of a big pansie enjoy watching secret miliionaire, just thought that some of you older boxing anoraks migt appreciate it see link below and the story in Boxing Monthly about his MBE. Heart warming stuff.........

He is a top Guy saw him box Herol Graham in Sheffield many years ago James Cook is an unsung hero just getting his props now.

He was a great old pro, the first man to beat Michael Watson.
