Tony Bellew Vs Kassim Ouma: Could it Happpen?

Following on from the series of truly epic fail threads presented by some scruffy bloke from Spain called Eddie Gonzalez. Possibly the most embarassing excuse for a manager i've ever heard of- in my life!! I was just wandering if anyone thought this one has wings.
Bellew 13-0 (9 KO's) has had praise lavished upon him by boxing fans all over the country and has earned great commendations from some of the best trainers the UK has to offer. He has recently being struggling to get a match of any real relevance though it seems big things are planned for next season.
In steps Kassim Ouma- courtesy of the Charlie Zelenoff of the management world Edward Gonzalez. Gonzalez describes his fighter as the most avoided fighter on the planet, in fact the universe. He says that all britsh fighters are scared and that no British fighter has ever beaten a puerto ricans - though the fact that Ouma is in fact a black african and from Uganda seems to have being lost on him. He's not the sharpest knife in the drawer is our Eddie.
Adopted Puerto Rican Ouma is 26-7-1 (16KO's). According to his manager/hanger on Eddie he 'has being robbed in every fight he's lost and true UK fans know dis'. In fact Gonzalez describes his man as being to skilful and too persistant for the World Class Ryan Rhodes. He doesn't even do Tune Ups because he is that good. He also says a bunch of other stuff but I can't quite translate it into english though I did work out he called me a douche bag and a fornicate head or similar.
Now Ouma has in recent times scaled in at 160, Bellew has in the past fought at just over 170. I'm thinking this fight could be made at a catchweight of 168-ish?
And personally I think Tony would absolutely annihilate him! What say you Eddie Gonzalez? Or are you in fact just some wannabe?
