Its definitely 12, think Frank Maloney has stated that on here.
Dunno why though as every other English title fight is only 10.

I think it's because it's doubling up as a final eliminator for the British title. Any news on the weight in yet?
Edit: Just seen the press conference. Both look up for it. Fair play to Tyson. I didn't think the guy was going to take the fight. I think John will have a little too much for Tyson but we'll see. Good luck to both of them and may the best man win.

Yeh I'd heard he was down in Brentwood all week and in good shape... time will tell, I hope he does it though. A Fury win will lead to better fights than a Big John win!

I really like Fury, he's a nice kid and realises he went to far with the banter last time. I'd like Fury to win if i'm honest just because he's a breath of fresh air in the division. Hopefully Frank will get hold of him after this.

Excuse my ignorance but I don't know metric. One source said Fury weighed 270 pounds! But thats weird cause he looks in great shape. Either it was converted incorrectly or he is carrying rocks.

That sounds right he is 6'7" 19st 4 lbs works out at 270 pounds - havent seen what shape he's in though.

Is Fury nearly 2 stone heavier than he was in the last fight against McDermott?

Thats easily the best physical shape i've seen Fury be in, his body has become much more muscular and athletic now and even the haircut is a major improvement.
Absolutely no way he is 19st 4lbs though, bit of trickery going on there.
Anyway this is the second chapter to the Tyson Fury story after being slightly derailed after the first Mcdermott
fight.
Tyson will win this inside 4 rounds for sure, maybe even a 1st round KO if he really starts putting his combo's together early.

Fury will get smashed this time - but he did look in better shape. McDermott looked like James Cordon bless him

That video does those guys no favours. McD in particular rocks up with no sort of definition, Tyson is a bit better. The next few kids, who'll be earning absolute chump change in comparison, have clearly worked hard to get themselves in good nick for their fights.I appreciate that bigger chaps never look as cut, but these two are having a bit of a giggle.

FM could actually put a bit more razzle dazzle to these weigh ins, they look awful on camera especially being in the back room of some dodgy london pub with outdated decor and fat men waddling about(yes i mean you Hennessy)
How about something a bit more modern, maybe in a shopping centre or cinema with a young crowd making some noise even if they didn't know who the fcuk the boxers were and bring in some beautiful women too to jazz it up a bit.

Why 12 rounds? English title fights are 10, as I though final eliminators where as well.
Doesn't seem right that its 12.

Wasnt Fury-McD the LAST english title fight before they changed the rules to make it 12 and three judges?

I think you're right mate, I'm sure they changed the rules after the controversy in the last fight.
Fury looks in great shape. Come on Tyson
