I dont know about best but off the top of my head I liked Benn-Barkley even if we were deprived of a great match by the silly 3 knockdown rule and Benn's fouling

Juan Meza vs Jaime Garza
Don't think Garza was ever in a fight that wasen't exciting.

Agree with Meza/Garza & Benn/Barkley.
Torres/Holt 2
One along the lines of Louis/Schmeling was Jones/Griffin 2 for me. His fanboys on the internet and his delusions have made Roy more annoying now than he used to be. But at his peak his mismatches were close to events. I would call my friends and tell them to watch.
"Is it going to a good fight?"
"No, the other guy wont land a punch but you need to watch it anyway." You just knew that Griffin was going down swiftly in that rematch.

Torres-Holt II was spectacular, as has been mentioned. After their first fight, which was competitive in a very different way (lasting many rounds, & being laced with controversy), it's tragic a third fight never occurred. They will forever stand at 1-1, with no true closure.

Looks like a headbutt from here.....
agreed, that headbutt knocked torres out cold. it was payback for the beer that hit holt in the head in the first fight.

For some reason seeing Ruiz KTFO in 30 seconds was very satisfying. I think the look on "Stony's" face made it all worth while. If only that had saved us from the years of hugging to follow.

A few more low profile but still entertaining one round scraps that come to mind are
Kendall Holt vs Thomas Davis - Holt's first loss, he's dominating the round for about 2 minutes and then gets caught and dropped with a right from Davis, rises and Davis moves in for the kill and forces the stoppage.
Ji Hoon Kim vs Koba Gogoladze - Similar to the first one, Gogoladze dominating before getting dropped and stopped by Ji Hoon Kim. Gogoladze may have dropped Ji Hoon Kim also, but it's been so long I'm not real sure. I do remember it was a pretty damn fun one round of action though.

I'll try to think of/browse through more later.
More recently Golota had some one round fights (Lewis, Brewster or Austin just to name a few). McCline-Grant or Vitali-Norris also come to mind, and of course a lot of Tyson fights.
