I like a good poll so here is one for what I think is the best domestic Heayweight showdown in years.

What a great heavyweight match up for the unification of the British and Commonwealth titles..

After a fast start by Chisora I see Sexton controlling this fight using his superior boxing ability and the tools he learnt from the Rogan wars, taking it into the mid-late rounds and so testing Chisora.

I see it going similar to Sexton v Rogan 2.

Sexton by stoppage in the later rounds.

Chisora by KO, Sexton hasn't got the chin or stamina for a 12 rounder

I think Sexton can outbox Chisora. Tough fight, but I think Sexton will shade it.

Chisora by knockout.

Chisora wins by KO rounds 4-6

Sexton by late stoppage or points which is more likely. I dont really rate Chisora and I dont believe he has the grit of Sexton to fight through a storm. Sexton has real heart and belief in his own abilities.

chisora will be favourite with the bookies

Sextons the better boxer. Chisoras too wild and will punch himself out....... Sexton by stoppage round 7!

Funny you mention that. The last poll I made for a Chisora fight I did put that as an option.. But looks like he's learnt his lesson now. LOL

If he does convincingly beat Chisora then he's at Euro level.. The last holders of that belt - Sosnowski, Harrison and Skelton. Sexton can mix with the likes of these and Sosnowski has had a crack at Klits, Harrison is not far off.. So why not, Sexton is ranked by the WBO.

Sexton's clearly improved since getting stopped by Chisora when they met over 6 rounds, but despite coming across as a pratt, Chisora can fight and has improved as well.

Chisora has a nice relaxed style and over 12 rounds I think he might get to Sexton late on. I'm sure Sam will do everything he can, but I just think Chisora has his number.
