Yeah i wouldn't doubt it, after all Hennessy does make decent fight cards.

I know Panos, and have met him informally a couple of times.
I cant speak for him but I think its safe to say that Panos is no longer involved in Boxing in any way shape or form.
I doubt very much that Hennessy is fronting Panos.
Panos is is friends with other British Promoters, who I wont name here, and they are not fronting for him, so I cant see how Hennessy would be.
