Helenius (Finland) - Tony (France) is for the EBU-EU belt whch is only for fighters from countries inside the European Union.

Zavarotnyi (Ukraine) - Chanturia (Georgia) is for the EBU-EE belt which is for fighters from outside the EU but from the continent of Europe.

thats cleared that up

altho none of them should be in any euro top 10 let alone challenging for stuff.
