I would like to propose another tournament to keep the season interesting.
For everyone who has sucky fighters and long to achieve something.
The requirements are that your fighter must be unranked.
The benefits of the winner is that they may end up being ranked.

Also the stipulations are that your fighter cannot be ranked but if he becomes ranked after he has entered he is still eligible.
Or if he becomes un ranked between now and the start of the tournament he is eligible.
