Manfredo holds the IBO Middleweight title Mundine relinquished. Daniel Lane got a bit confused writing for today's "Sun Herald", saying Manfredo fought Bika for the "same belt." anybody who follows these pages knows Bika KOed Manfredo for the vacant IBO Super Middleweight title.

It would be good if it came off.

Would be a good fight. Sam doesnt have the power to scare Manfredo so it makes it interesting. I would still expect Sam to win a clear decision though

I spoke to sam briefly after the Green/Briggs fight and he said he had something big in the pipeline.I really hope this comes off. It is a high profile opponent taylor made for Sam.

For some reason this just doesn't excite me. Perhaps I am just a little disillutioned by recent events...

hes now listed to be fighting Pradeep from the contender on the 23rd so its a warm up fight for manfredo later in the year hopefully
