It depends on who he fights.

McEwan is close to a place on the list now, if he gets another win or two like his recent wins then he should enter the list.

Dunne has not been inactive for over 12 months, so I consider him an active fighter.

Craig Watson above John O Donnell is a bit baffling.

No Lenny Daws yet?

I plan to take Dunne out next month.

If Hatton retires then I will take him out.

diggler wrote:why is duddy, cook, dunne, hatton still in the list
Duddy has some good wins on his record and his recent loss was against a good fighter.

Cook was the WBO champion less than 18 months ago, Dunne was WBA champion less than a year ago and Hatton was the Ring/Lineal champion 15 months ago.
diggler wrote:will smith be in it if he beats simpson
He has a very good chance of entering if he beats Simpson.

I would have Simpson higher after his good run of form, Rhodes higher than Macklin and I would still have Appelby in even though he lost to Lindsay :TU: . As always a good list

He beat a good fighter, so he made a big jump.

Matthew Hatton has a good recent record and I think he deserves a place in the top 10.

Harrison won the European title, so I though he should have a place on the list for that. I admit that I enterted him too high and he should be a few places lower.

I try to respond to posts in order. I have been slow to respond to posts this month, so I am sorry about the wait.

stujones wrote:Craig Watson above John O Donnell is a bit baffling.
O'Donnell's win over Watson was over 15 months ago and it was a very close fight. Watson has better wins than O'Donnell has since their fight and Watson has a much better overall record than O'Donnell.
stujones wrote:No Lenny Daws yet?
I don't think Daws deserves to be in the rankings at the moment. He only managed a draw with Cook in a recent fight, so I think that has to count against him.

Why is Khan at number 2?

who has he fought that is mustard ?

Malignaggi lost 2 of his previous 4 fights and prior to that, nobody in particular.

Matthew Hatton is waaay to high and is ahead of every Welter in the UK according to that list, even the likes of Watson. He has been beaten several times, suffered draws in recent fights and was dropped. John O'Donnell aint even on the list, who edged Watson, who dominated Hatton.

Wheras Darren Barker is unbeaten and regarded as up there at the top of his peers in Britain.

What is your case?

If Lee had fought someone decent last month then I could have moved him up a few places. Unfortunately, I considered his opponent to be too poor to merit even a single place movement up the rankings.

I consider Matthew Hatton's recent wins to be better than any of the fighter's ranked below him, including Andy Lee's.
