Learnt an awful lot off Mark I did.. he was a very big strong cruiserweight.. I've always said Tyrone would go far, He was really young when I was watching him in the gym and the kid is really slick, Hard to hit and is starting whallop, His Dad is a very good coach who doesn't always get the credit he deserves as the guy puts in a lot of hours and also get's them to there peak levels too!! I see Tyrone beating some good names this year and looking great doing it, People will always underestimate him cos he doesn't have the big flashy muscles etc etc but he more than makes up for it with a fantastic punch output and variety too..

is this correct? am i hearing things? ....... someone who has shared a double bed with paul king is actually having a pop at me....
