BoxRec has Patrick Hyland (19-0) scheduled to face Viorel Simion (12-0) in Romania on December 15th.

Does anyone know anything about this fight?

I reckon someone has jump the gun there. This isn't listed as a forthcoming contest on the EBU's site, and the fight hasn't gone to purse bids yet(although they are going to be called for that in the near future), so unless the Romanians have done a deal and got Pajo to come over, then the news of this fight is premature.

I'd really expect this one to go to purse bids before it happens, I don't expect a deal coming on either side really as neither camp will want to give away home advantage.

What title is it for? The EU or EBU?

EU, Pajo was already meant to fight Esham Pickering for the title(but he pulled out), then someone else who I can't remember(who also pulled out) and finally it seems it may go ahead this time. Brian Peters had even won purse bids for one of the first two times Hyland was scheduled to fight for it, but it doesn't seem like many are too interested fighting him in Ireland. Big risk with little reward I suppose.
