Hmm very interesting considering there was alot of rumours on this forum a few weeks back saying that this fight wasnt going to go ahead!I cant remember who first said it but they were obviously on to something! :x

whoever it was put the 'macklin-barker off' thread up a few weeks ago, if you come on here gloating about this now i will be liable to hunt you down and kill you.

Martin Murray?Im picking at names i know but its hard to thing of anyone else to be honest!You're not the gonna get likes of pirog,N'dam,golovkin,etc so i cant think of anyone else.

What about Proksa - English based, high ranked EBU opponent, should be in decent enough shape.

Belghecam would also be a likely opponent if they were considering one. Maybe even the Belarussian that beat Jamie Moore, he has always been a 'call up late' opponent.

Hopefully Macklin is still on the bill.
