What about Proksa - English based, high ranked EBU opponent, should be in decent enough shape.
Belghecam would also be a likely opponent if they were considering one. Maybe even the Belarussian that beat Jamie Moore, he has always been a 'call up late' opponent.
Hopefully Macklin is still on the bill.
