Do you think we will see this Don King 'Supercard' in Britain?

Hasim Rahman vs John Ruíz 12 Heavyweight WBA Interim Heavyweight Title
Bernard Hopkins vs William Joppy 12 Middleweight WBC/WBA/IBF Middleweight Title
Ricardo Mayorga vs Cory Spinks 12 Welterweight WBC/WBA/IBF Welterweight Title
Zab Judah vs Jaime Rangel 12 Light Welterweight WBO Light Welterweight Title

McCoy is certainly hoping that we will!

Good question, McCoy. On the same night, of course, the big bill in Manchester featuring Ricky Hatton and company takes place. So hopefully Sky will make it an all-nighter. If not, maybe the Beeb will screen the fights the following day at 10 to midnight. But I really don't know.

Robin Reid will be fighting Sven Ottke as well that night, if we get to see the supercard on top of all that it will be a great night of competitive boxing

How you been anyway Bennie?

Enjoyed reading your Docherty Jabir preview in BN a couple of weeks back

Keep up the good work!

I'm good, McCoy. Thanks for the kind words and it's great to see you on here again.
Wow, December 13 is a truly great night of boxing. Talk about spoilt for choice.

You know Don King? :o

McCoy hates it though when SKY bleat on about being priced out of showing big fights, its not as if they cannot afford it

Those jive Turkeys(SKY) rip all of their subscibers off with their high prices for average packages, & then have the cheek to charge us £15 on top of it all for usually shitty PPV events

Their hypocrisy is astounding

I'm confident Sky will do something, if not Sentana. I hope it will be Sky cause fair play they show alot more action stateside than the viewers get in the states on these big bills.

On the 13th, I would have had seats in the press section for the Hatton fight, and was trying to organise an interview with Ricky Hatton for maxboxing.

Instead, I am going to be stuck in the middle of nowhere in suffolk in a 16th century Abbey because it's my friend's birthday, and they don't have bloody sky there, so I am going to miss all of the night's action, just my bastard luck!

Still I get to go trout fishing, whoopee!

I would expect an announcement from SKY sometime over the next week or so. I'm sure if the Beeb were planning on putting it on we'd have heard about it by now.

Forget about Setanta they were just a flash in the pan.

I'll be on holiday in the Carribean too which is a bit of shame although entirely more preferable than trout fishing in Suffolk.
