Fights that you looked forward to more than the main event

This weekend sees Roman Martinez take on Ricky Burns for the WBO title but a lot of the talk on this forum seems to be aimed at the support bout that pits Stephen Smith against John Simpson.
Are fans looking forward to this fight more? If so then is there any other shows where a fight on the undercard was more appealing than the main event?
I'll start, Chico Corrales v Joel Casamayor on the James Toney/Evander Holyfield show

I remember really looking forward to Andrew Lewis vs Ricardo Mayorga, much more so than the Roy Jones Jr main event.
I was gutted when the early cut brought a premature end to that fight, especially as I strongly suspected that the rematch would be upgraded to main event status, meaning Sky wouldn't be showing it. And so it proved...

Cello Renda v Paul Samuels on the Matthew Hatton V N'dou undercard was amazing. Not a class fight by any means but 2 guys really giving it their all and there was even a Rocky style double knockdown. Funny.

Yep. This is what i was gonna say. Was happily paying for this fight and not to watch Khan.
