Before I impose the death sentence for his shocking and repeated accusations and insults, I would like to once again try to work things out via the Sim-democractic way. As it stands, he is banned for weeks 9 & 10, and on the cusp of a season long ban.

I voted 'current ban', but fully support a permanent ban if he continues to be an ungrateful tw@t.

I'd leave it as it is and put him on your ignore list for the next few days till he calms down a bit, TF.

You are currently banned for weeks 9 & 10 at a minimum. There isn't a need for a no ban option.

I vote in favour of a ban for as long as it takes to calm him the fuck down.

Crease is unique and special.

What about a BRS support program for him? Perhaps we could hire a mentor? Or BRS assistant? A BRS Guardian ad lidem perhaps? It is against the law in the U.S. to ban special needs individuals from activities that other citizens have access to.

However if we refer to it in a behavior plan as the offering of "an extended naptime" instead of a "ban", it might get by the legal challenges.

ive missed most of the stuff so im not voting but i dont see why TF would ever have to put up with any of the PM's esspecially as he volunteers his time to run this thing

Banter between managers is fine and to be expected. What Ban K and P4P did was to annoy us managers. It was something for us to sort out and not the commish. It also gave us a topic to run with for a few weeks. Thats all that was ever going to happen Crease. It wasn't and isn't real life.

It's entirely different with the commish. You shouldn't bite the hand that feeds. Gavilan could have been handed out to the first person that asked. Every manager got the opportunity to get him, in what probably added about an hour to the running/ uploading time. I don't think it could have been done fairer. The commish let 2 fight weeks fill up before running it, so everyone who wanted to enter had the chance to and matched the fighters on rankings. Well done on the great format from what you had to work with


In other news JDC has been in contract talks with Robert Duran as Tommy Bell looks set to be pushed out. This looks set to coinside with the noob substitution between Adamj and Crease. Dibs on Duran in any potential sim sacking DD

What's this? Contract talks with an already signed fighter? This may be grounds for another suspension TF. If it were my fighters he were tampering with I would certainly be furious. This cannot be acceptable behavior. Also, you cannot call "dibs" on a fighter that has not even been released yet. If, and when, he becomes available it becomes first come first serve at that point, unless we have another tournament.

It was never going to stick Crease. Relax and appologise to the commish as non of this was related to or affected by him. He waited 2 weeks for enrollment to the Gavilan tourny, and made the fairest possible format from those enlisted. He didn't even have to create the tourny.
