He has got the tools to be a fine boxer. Let's hope Tommy Brooks can bring the best out of him. I really do think he should have looked within himself rather than sack Bobby Rimmer last time around - but what do I know...

PS: I am an arsehole  - but current scene will still tear him a new one when he fights over there - he will hark back to when he posted on the 'British and Irish' as the good ol' days!

PPS: Why would you edit a single sentence twice in three minutes? Speak your mind and let it stand - we are all big boys on here! ;;-)

May be spot on but i do not rate Bobby Rimmer i heard his corner men in his last fight want much good.........this will do him the world of good getting him out of sunderland, and i hope maloney keeps his shows out of sunderland and puts him on the road has i think jeffreys plays to his home crowd :TU: :TU: Hope he dose well he is very heavy handed :TU: :TU: :TU:

Jeffries is an olympic bronze medalist so clearly has ability but I dont know I just can't see him doing much beyond british title level as a pro.
Although that would still be a great achievememt i'm sure he would of had higher aspirations when first turning pro.

He's doing what Enzo Maccarinelli should have done. Fair play to him.

your obviously entitled to your opinions but bobby has taken jonny kays on board since his first professional loss and helped him win a british masters title and he is now in contention for a british title shot.. also has built brian rose back up since his first loss, i know first hand tht both his lads think the world of him you cant single handedly throw all the blame onto bobby..

He couldn't figure out how many smilies was appropriate. He ended on 6. :!:

Slightly more on topic, I hope it works out for Jeffries. I've enjoyed what I've seen of him.
