Interesting fact:-

Garcia pounded the Cuban who Degale fought in the finals.... twice.

But politics stopped him going to Beijing.

i.e. The other cuban's trainer was the Olympic coach.

Garcia. If Froch used him only for sparring for his biggest fight (pascal fight) of his career at the time and he only had a very small amount of fights, you know that fighter is special. De Gale is good but Garcia is going to be a World Champion very soon.

I hear peters is trying to move him into world class very quickly, he has enough talent to beat most fighters in europe and he's still 22.

Brian13 is refering to the Pascal camp at Breaffy house mate.

Garcia gave Froch plenty of action during their spars. But after a few rounds would hop out as he gassed.

I just hope he's not another Tony Salem, i.e. looks amazing for 4, 6 rounds then falls over.

Hopefully with Lee Beard training him, that has been addressed.

Lee aint with them anymore.

I'm not sold on Garcia, others that have seen more of him than I however are.

Garcia is a huge talent.Discipline and stamina yet to be proven but has gone 8 rounds once.
