Just watched this fight. Decima dropped Hatanaka in the opening round, then Hatanaka dropped
Decima four times in round four.

Anyone know the scorecards? I was wondering if that fourth round was scored 10-6.

One judge scored it 10-6, the other two 10-7. Decima really struggled to make the weight, which is why he blew up after a bright start. Scores at the end read 65-64 and 65-63 Hatanaka, and 65-64 Decima.

Where is he now?

Hatanaka only fought once more, losing his title to Daniel Zaragoza four months later
by split decision. Now he owns a boxing gym in Nagoya. Looks like he's still at his
fighting weight.

From memory, Decima lost a crunch match to Rudy Zavala in the States, which knocked him out of contention. He was a dangerous fighter, a mini-Juan Roldan, but he was already a little past his best when he won the title from an all-punched-out Paul Banke, and the gutsy Hatanaka - and then Zavala - took advantage.
