Herbie Hide Heavyweight

Why is Herbie Hide now ranked on Boxrec back at Heavyweight? Is he gonna be in Pizefighter? I heard he was gonna be fighting Rob Norton next at Cruiserweight
I think because for his last 5 fights he has weighed over the cruiserweight limit although fractionally in some cases.
He is still a cruiser though. I can't see him bothering with prizefighter after last time.
