Hi,

I am looking for advice from anyone who has or uses this product?

I am basically wanting to know if it's good value for money and if you believe it's and effective tool to have as part of your training regime.

It has been advertised by light heavyweight Paul briggs who claims it helps increase hand speed and punching power. I have been informed that other pro's use it.
