Just thought I would let you know that Klitchsko vs Briggs is on Primetime at 8 on sat.... its 9.95 though!.

Does anyone know if this will be available on the virgin media platform ?

Primetime prices are an absoulote rip off compared to Premier Sports

I'm not paying to watch some asthmatic carthorse get pummelled. This fight stinks! Briggs is 10 years past his best, and let's face it, he was never THAT good in the 1st place.

Wow... in terms of the amount of time Briggs will be competitive, that works out at about 10p per second!

This is the worst heavyweight title fight I can recall and that is saying something. The fact it is PPV beggars belief. It won't be long before Primetime come knocking on my door and try to steal my wallet at this rate.

Couldn't have put it better.....absolute joke.

Briggs has got a grey beard. How can a man with a grey beard defeat the heavyweight champion? I think I would have a better chance against Klitschko, and I have sore knees and male pattern baldness.

Surely the TV companies know that these fights get shown in many-a-place online, so why don't they charge a bit less?

They can't be paying that much for the rights to show it.

There was this poster on ESB and on Boxingranks who used to wind up everyone with his philosphy about the grey beard.... I don't think I've ever seen him back against either Klitchsko, but based his prediction on Vitali beating Lennox on the fact Lewis has a grey beard - grey hair didn't matter, grey facial hair did.

A mate of mines response was simple but to the point.

briggs has thrown less than 50 punches so far.

Klitchsko almost landing the right hand whenever he wants, why won't Briggs let some big shots go??

Anther round to Klitchsko, landed a large quantity of heavy punches, fair play to Briggs he could of laid down and took his money, but he's not. He is still there , not working hard enough to throw anything back though

Klitchsko almost wins it at the end of the 7th, Briggs was wobbly on the ropes, yet again the american has taken numerous heavy shots. Its not nice to watch at this point. If his corner is doing there job they should give him 1 more round.
