Frampton steps up to championship level.
Is Reid shot or does he have something left?

Gavin Reid is such a game lad, he doesn't know when he's beat. But he's also a really good boxer however Frampton is out of his league skill wise this is still a tough fight for him. I see frampton dominating early but slowly Reid will drag him into his sort if fight but Framptons extra class will show and he'll stop him late in a cracker!

Should be a one-sided fight.
Interesting to use this match-up as a comparison between Quigg and Frampton. As we know, Quigg stopped Reid, but had a few competitive rounds.

Will be a tough fight don't expect a Frampton blast out in this one. Carl's a class or two above though- anything spectacular here would be a pretty good statement.

I don't really understand it either.
Reid should be easily below Frampton's class. Like he was Swifty's and Quigg's.
One-sided fight this, and not something worth paying for.

Who has talked up Reid's chances?Everyone seems agreed he is a very tough man and it will be interesting to see if Frampton betters Quigg ans Smith but nobody is saying Reid is going to win.

I'm going on the basis that it's costing money to watch. Wouldn't have thought they'd charge to watch someone who is essentially a journeyman, and isn't this the headliner on the bill (or am I mistaken)?

Technically it's costing money to watch, but no more so than Sky Sports, it's (Premier Sports) a subscription channel and they are showing a lot more boxing besides Frampton for your money. It's not like it's a PPV event.

I'd paid one off in the past, so presumed this was the same.
Still not paying though, Premier Sports tried to charge a fiver for a 'nothing' Liverpool game earlier on in the season... weren't happy.
