Amir Khan's Twitter

I know his 'tweets' are scattered around various threads, but I have started a dedicated thread for his mad rants about the world for those who would like to discuss it, as they are boxing orientated. Also, for those that do not use twitter..

Recently, on 'King' Khans twatter account...
And who the hells Bradley saunders, talking shit about Haroon, look at the age and weight difference.he could never say anything to me , y? because i took him apart in the ametures 17-4. i played with him and if he ever wants to be reminded by the world champ il do i
All im going to say is rob McCracken picked the wrong 52kg fighter. Haroon proved it, you tell me who got a medal in the 52kg from GB, NO1
1thing i gotta say. I made the best decision turning Pro. i would not change anything for it. in the ametures theres alot of favoritism.
yo check this out, rob mc cracken is the trainer of Carl froch.. some1 jus told me that. well now everything makes sense....
What the feck? Is he for real with this one?

this is a reply by a follower playing the race card ..
Fahad Jawad (talking to Khan)>>@AmirKingKhan england team didn't want 2 brothers from the same family being successful. There's politics and element of questionable racism

This is crazy. Surely as a British guy with even small knowledge of the UK scene he would already have known that McCracken is Froch's trainer. What an absolute bell-end Khan is!

I struggle to believe that the holder of Khans twitter is Khan himself- very nice lad in person.

Anyone who knows how thick young Amir is wouldn't have any difficulty in believing it. However, he was once in a mosque for Friday prayer yet his account was somehow showing him twittering at the same time so I wouldn't be surprised if some of his super-thicko mates have also got access to his account. Anyway this constant following of twitter is getting a little boring now.

I have no doubt that it's already happening with celebrities, so it's only a matter of time. I read earlier that Jessica Simpson used the word "ethereal" on Twitter. I've seen a bit of her reality series, and she thought tuna was chicken, or something like it.

I never used it until I was directed to it after my previous thread "Why Don't You Like Amir Khan", where I tried to find out why people did not like him. Now I bloody know. There is no doubt it is Amir Khan, as stated, he has mentioned it in interviews, on his website etc.. He accesses it via his mobile phone. It is just like sending a text message. he could be mid run, stop for a piss, twit, back on the run.

I don't believe he would have the time or inclination to sit and write this shit as a world champion, wtf does he care about half of this stuff.

Also met him myself, and he's a nice enough guy.

Why does amir do things to make people dislike him? Surely it would be more money in the bank if he had a bigger fanbase. Alienating people is not the way to go! Maybe he is trying to get the "id pay to watch him lose"crowd?

Considering Golden Boy have confirmed time and time again (through interaction with Amir and constant reference to the account when tweeting about Amir) that it is Amir's account, you'd think they'd tell him to be more careful about what he says.

As for not knowing Rob McCracken trains Froch, and even for thinking that would influence the selections McCracken would make for England :witzend: Also, I've read that Haroon tweeted:
that mcracken or what ever his name is needs pull his finger out never seen this guy but ad love to see him and just abuse him"
Seriously? Are they just trying to be disrespectful or are they genuinely thick and have no idea who he is?

You can see why people refer to it as 'Twatter' really...

Controversy creates cash maybe? His name is being mentioned daily here, and elsewhere. We will all watch his fights. WIN/WIN for GoldenBoy

Some people just dont like to believe negative stuff about people they like i guess! Also just because he's nice in person doesnt mean he's a nice guy!Ive known people who are as nice as pie to your face but utter bellends when they're not trying to give a positive impression!
