Why 221? He is never going to have a massive knockout punch at heavyweight so why not come in at 210 ?

Wouldnt be unconceivable that eh won 2 or 3 then got a world title shot and a huge pay day he simply couldnt achieve at cruiser. All about the readies, maybe ?
